Year 9

Year 9

Year 9 has 3 tutor groups and all learners are taught in these mixed ability tutor groups for most lessons. Learners are set in Mathematics and English and are put into smaller groups for practical lessons such as cooking. The start of the day for this year group is 8.45am and ends at 2.55pm.

Year 9 is a very important year and learners will start studying some of the GCSE topics in preparation for KS4.
